I work as a Pre- primary Head at CNM School, i'm also  a joint secretary at Early Childhood Association for Mumbai . I  have won the IPN 
Inspired Young mind Empowerer of the year Award 2021. My role as a teacher involved brainstorming, aiding and introducing a number of programs all year round that warrants a holistic development of the student. Climate Action Project- Our students connected  with students across six continents on a global platform to raise awareness, plant trees and solve one of the world’s most pressing challenges. My role here was to oversee and supervise this project. Coding Week– This event included real-life coding, ‘if and then’ situations, involvement in programming, and playing coding games among other things. This supported logical thinking and problem solving.
4) Visual Art Appreciation Program- The students were introduced to paintings by various artists. This event emphasized on visual learning techniques and helped them develop a new approach to art. •    Brainstormed and introduced gamification to make learning pleasurable and interesting. 
•    Conducted Science Experiments on a platform to give the students a practical experience.
•    Introduced reading programmes for students to encourage language development and excellence in this sphere.
•    Conducted a workshop for teachers of the Pre- Primary section on ‘National Education Policy- from Policy into Practice.’  and workshop on ‘Tinkering for Pre- schoolers’. •    Curated videos for our Annual Day and ‘Spectacular World’ using digital platforms. This helped showcase the child’s talent in various events and capacities to the parent community.
