Yogesh Kumar is a Post Graduate Teacher in Biology and serving in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, an autonomous organization under Ministry of Human Resource Development Govt. of India. Previously, Yogesh Kumar worked as Lecturer in Education in an Education College. He Mastered from Kurukshetra University India in Botany and Education. He is also Diploma holder in Guidance & Counseling and action research in education from NCERT, INDIA. He has also completed foundation course in School Leadership and Management from National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, INDIA. He has also successfully completed MOOC in learning Assessment, Mainstreaming Early Childhood Education into Education Sector Planning and participated in e-seminar on Transforming Teacher Education to Improve Learning Outcomes from UNESCO IIEP. He has also participated in various MOOC’s organized by UNITAR, WORLD BANK and UNIVERSITY OF HELSINKI (FINLAND).
Yogesh Kumar is an educational policy analyst and serving as Expert, with UNESCO inclusive policy lab. He is also Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, MIE Master Trainer of Microsoft, Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Campus Leader and Apple Teacher. He is also felicitated as an Ambassador of HundrED organization of Finland and TeachSDG Ambassador. He is also serving as Mentor, Guide, Subject Expert and Resource Person of CIET, NCERT and NVS in various domains such as ICT, AEP and Expert in Biology. He also provides professional development workshops to teachers and educational leaders and regularly gives presentations at academic conferences and seminars conducted at various topics around the world. Apart from coauthoring book on “Handbook of Research on Qualitative Research Methods” and 5 publications in national and international conference proceedings and journals, he is a reviewer of many reputed international journals.
Yogesh Kumar is recipient of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Incentive Award at National level for Best Teachers 2010-11 and National Award for Innovative Practices and Experiments in Education for Schools and Teacher Education Institutions 2017-18.
