Fossil fuels – coal, oil and gas – are by far the largest contributor to global climate change, accounting for over 75 per cent of global greenhouse gas emissions and nearly 90 per cent of all carbon dioxide emissions. Cutting down forests, generating power , manufacturing goods are causes whereas health risks and poverty are some of the effects of climate change.
Our school took the initiative to collaborate with the UAE, Pakistan and Brasil school to discusses the definition, causes, effects and soluitions for climate change through online platform. This helped all of us explore and learn what plans have been taken from each of the countries to stops the effects of climate change.
