Raminder Kaur Mac is Dean–International Affairs at Choithram School, India and looks after the global citizenship programme of the school. Under her mentorship, the students carry out collaborative projects with schools of different countries as well as set up a business enterprise which helps them to come closer to the environment and community. She received the Inspirational Teacher Award of School Enterprise Challenge from UK based charity Teach a Man to Fish in 2017 with prize of US$2000. She received the CBSE Teacher Award 2020, national award for teachers in her country and was first runner up (with prize of US$3000) in T4SDG Challenge organized by T4 and Take Action Global in 2020. She is recipient of the British Council Global Teacher Accreditation Award with commendation and the British Council Aptis Action Research Mentoring Scheme award for mentoring four teachers of her school to do exploratory action research. She is a British Council School Ambassador, TeachSDGs Ambassador and is on the Teacher Advisory Panel of School Enterprise Challenge.
