The second week of the Climate Action project was even more impressive than the previous one. The topic was "Effects of Climate change" so we explored them, brainstormed, discussed, shared our ideas and created a plan of activities for us. At the beginning of the week we took part in #PlantED, a global tree planting initiative as part of the Climate Action project because it is the one of the most effective ways to combat climate change. Romensky forestry provided us with tree saplings and then our team invited children to join us. The youngest kids from our school were very excited and full of positive impressions while planting, it was the new experience for them. They promised to take care of planted trees, water them and continue planting new ones every year.          

Besides we organized a contest for the best picture "Save the World, plant trees!" among the pupils of our school to draw public attention to the problem of climate change, deforestation and pollution. At the end of the week we decided to make a poster demonstrating effects of climate change to Ukraine.
