Lesson -  How we move around (How we cause environmental pollution and how to solve it)

#GoGreen - The Importance of Trees for a Sustainable Environment

1. What is a Tree?
2. Why do you think Trees are important for a Sustainable Environment?
3. What steps do you think are necessary for the protection of Trees?

I am currently a homeroom teacher for primary, mainly for Grade 1A. The age group I worked with for this project is about 5 - 7 years old. I blended the learning in my Environmental Studies Lessons PowerPoint presentations. In my lessons, I have implemented thinking routes within my PPTs so that my students can develop their thinking process on Climate Change.

Teaching Methodology: Last Saturday, I have created the weekly activity and information on Flipgrid for my students and then asked them to upload their understanding by the end of the week in two seperate Flipgrids, Flipgrid 1 and Flipgid 2. Other than the Lesson PowerPoint Presentations, I have helped them to develop a Pictionary about their responsibilities for the earth as their home.
