In Week 1, Hanoi Thanglong school students learned about the differences between climate and weather and did research on climate change. They read a book on ice melting and they did a global warm experiment.
We had webinar with experts from the UK on climate change, how to slow or stop it.
In this week, we read and watched videos about the causes of climate change. We also ran a workshop with 3 experts in climate change. Students were also asked to do some recycling activities or plant trees.
Students think of solutions they can do to reduce climate change. They recycle the used milk bags or mikl boxes or plastic bottles to grow bean sprouts as vegetable for Vietnamese meals. They grow avocado plants from their seeds. They plant trees on their balcony.
We had webinars with climate experts from the UK and we recyled things at home.
