Miss Ndifongwa Ngumsi Suh is a young talented Cameroonian who is devoted to action against climate change. She is a Bachelor of Science Degree holder in Agricultural Economics from the University of Buea. She currently works at the Adventist college of Yaoundé where she teaches Biology. As a Biology teacher, miss Ngumsi trains her students on how to solve problems on issues relating to climate change, global warming, environmental management, sustainable development, preservation of biodiversity and the ecosystem, natural disasters, just to name a few. Furthermore, she has acted in the capacity of a team leader in Cameroon's best palm oil producing company, SOCAPALM. As a team leader, she presented during seminars on environmental management and protection. She also emphasized on the fact that, agricultural chemical products like pesticides, herbicides and inorganic fertilizers contribute significantly to enhancing climate change. In addition she trained her workers on how to practice proper Environmental Hygiene and Security (HSE). Miss Ngumsi has equally been a volunteer at the Noela Lyonga Foundation, where she participated in sensitizing both youths and adults in rural communities around Buea Subdivision on the sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), during the Grassroots Community Project of 2018. In a nutshell, over the past years, Miss Ngumsi has been a climate change activist, by encouraging youths and adults to take action against climate change like planting more trees, less deforestation practices, using renewable sources of energy, carrying out sustainable Agricultural practices to ensure a safe and clean environment for all.
