Shanna Lillis is a middle school science teacher, nature lover, and activist. She has worked as an educator for 14 years, first in the Dominican Republic, and then in Palm Beach County, Florida. Shanna is passionate about environmental justice and racial equity. She volunteers with The Surfrider's Foundation to collect water samples from the local beaches, and Lake Worth Waterkeeper to help build living shorelines.
