During the second week of the Project, eighth graders in chemistry classes learned about the effects of climate change and the greenhouse effect. Members of the student parliament researched the effects of climate change and made presentations in chemistry classes to their peers.Students in grades 7-4 and some students from the Student Parliament and the Peer Team visited the Obedska Bara Nature Reserve and listened to and observed the effects of climate change in the field. Everything was recorded in the video. We also talked to lower grade students about the effects of climate change.
During the third week, we established contact with the Preschool Institution Children's Joy from Irig by skype. Students, members of the Student Parliament, gave a lecture to children from the preschool institution on the effects of climate change in Srem and Obedska bara. The preschoolers had numerous questions for their older friends, who were happy to answer them. Cooperation has been agreed between our school and the preschool institution on some future projects. Also, the students watched five videos made by friends from other institutions.
