We are at a primary school in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and we are concerned by environmental, health and social issues surrounding food. Mrs. Gabrielle’s kindergarten grew vegetables in a school garden and Mr Lemelin’s class will be producing microgreens and leafy greens. The food produced will be prepared and shared in the school and donated to organizations supporting community members experiencing food insecurity. Read all
